About me
Wanted to know me better?
Hello there! Thank you for checking this page and wanting to know a little more about the person behind the posts. It means something when someone’s not just reading, but actually wondering who’s writing.
So, here’s a bit about me and why I started NarcBites.
I’m Kris. Qualified life coach, couples therapist, sex therapist, astrologer, teacher, and—proudly—Greeny’s human (a small pug with a big personality and an even bigger snore). But I didn’t create this blog because of my credentials.
I created it because I lived through the kind of relationship I write about. The kind that messes with your thoughts and leaves you questioning your own mind long after it is over.
NarcBites is where I write what I wish someone had told me earlier. Clear words for confusing experiences. Not theories. Not diagnosis charts. Just straight insight that makes things click.
My take is that once you know the name of something, you gain power over it. That’s why I write about narcissism.
How can I help you?
I don’t offer personal sessions, but if you’re ready to move forward but unsure how to start, my healing workbook was made for that. It doesn’t ask you to relive the past. It focuses on the now and on who you’re becoming after everything.

When your mind will not let up
There are days when the hardest part is not the past, but the way it keeps echoing in your head.
I made something to help with that too. A simple tool to help you slow things down and see them for what they really are. Not to solve everything. Just to help you start thinking in a way that is actually yours.
Take a look inside and see if this small tool makes a quiet difference.
